Association for the Promotion of economic,
social and cultural Exchange in Europe

The association FOSKA addresses the topic of international, particularly european exchange programmes among institutions and organisations in the social, cultural and economic field. FOSKA has been founded by a team of independent experts. Its objective is the idea of bringing people of different nations in Europe closer together.

After two world wars, the decades of separation of the continent imposed by the iron curtain during the past century and the ever present problem of xenophobia, it is an essential social task to advance international understanding in order to accelerate the process of European integration from which all of us will benefit in the end.

FOSKA initiates transnational projects for people from two or more nations. These projects contribute, for instance, to the exchange of ideas and experience, to finding solutions to problems of the future, to promoting advanced training und continuing education.

Together, we are not only stronger, we also achieve more.
