Association for the Promotion of economic,  
social and cultural Exchange in Europe         

FOSKA's objective is based on advancing and furthering the international exchange of ideas, global understanding and tolerance in all areas.

FOSKA's purpose is the ideational and financial promotion of projects that are supposed to serve the economic, social and cultural exchange und unification inside and outside the European Union.

Among others, this includes non-profit activities like seminars, educational training, exchange of experience and the like, that are meant to advance the European integration.

The projects of exchanging ideas are open to all organisations, institutions, businesses and persons from the social fields Welfare, Education, Health, Youth Welfare Services, from the cultural fields Environmental and Landscape Protection, Monument Conservation, Science and Research, Art and Sports, and also from the economic field.
